Initially parents will be able to choose from a variety of day trips to in France, Italy, Denmark and Scotland, with further itineraries yet to be confirmed.  With a 20 minute check in and numerous conveniently located private airports throughout the UK and destination countries, children can be in a top international gallery within two hours of leaving home.  The Little Grand Tour spends up to three hours with the children focusing on a limited number of artworks and artefacts chosen to inspire a love of art but also to contribute towards school learning. This means it is possible to complete these trips easily in a single day, allowing children to explore culture outside of the UK without having to spend a night away from their parents.

The Little Grand Tour and 365 Aviation have carefully selected four museums for these tours:

Louisiana Museum, Copenhagen

This beautiful museum is situated 25 miles outside of Copenhagen city centre, just on the edge of the water. The permanent collection features thousands of contemporary current artworks and modern art classics. The museum also hosts ten art exhibitions a year for children and there is a kids area where children are encouraged to express themselves artistically and let off steam after learning about modern masterpiecesfrom the likes of Picasso, Giacometti and Henry Moore!

Located on the south bank of the Grand Canal, many tourists miss this out and head straight to the Guggenheim or St Mark’s Square, hence its often quieter than other locations, whilst still boasting works by Leonardo da Vinci, Bellini and Canaletto.
